After spending much of February in Germany, I will return several times in 2019 to continue working with unionists from across Germany’s unions. This is a one day training session being hosted by a really smart group of organizers from a group they’ve formed called, “Organizi.ng.” We will cover three topics, leader identification, structure tests and open, big negotiations. These three mechanisms are key to building high participation unions.
